4. BEST OFF

In a competition where you barely get tp play another team home and away in a season, why would anyone think a best of three grand final is a good ideas.

Potential push for best of three AFL Grand Final series could come soon, reports Mike Sheahan

We have only recently climbed down from maybe, just maybe, having a second grand final in the event of a draw, and now the option is floated to have a mandatory minimum two grand finals.
Spare me.

Well at least its not the tedious 'lets play the GF at the venue of the higher placed team' argument that gets wheeled out regularly.
Because of course you can arrange it inside a week. Because, you know, its just easy to do. Billion dollar industries can just pivot on a zack, right?

Nope.

The Wash Up

Of course it would be Essendon to break the charge for nine out of nine. Playing away, at home, against a team 0-2 and on 47% (i.e. two big losses).
Of course they would drop that one.

Enjoy the end of season trip, guys.

Otherwise - 8 right, and 2 tipped to within 8 points and another two tipped to within 4 points.
A marvelous (bomb) pattern.

The ranking changes of note: New leader by just 2 points.

Also joint last place takers in the Queensland teams. As per the SWARMS page, Brisbane may be winless, but they are improving.

The Round Ahead.

Another deserving and well earned Friday night slot for your 13th placed in 2017 black and whites.
Might be a good time to re-arrange the sock draw.

Otherwise, some big margins tipped across the weekend, and three others that look quite interesting.
